Processing Time

Orders are prepared for shipment after payment is confirmed.

Standard Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

NOTE
During launches, promotions, and high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
SHIPPING

Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout (when available) and are calculated from the ship date.

Standard

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days (domestic)

Expedited

Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days (domestic)

International

Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, customs, and carrier capacity may cause delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

How Costs Are Calculated

Shipping costs depend on destination, package weight, carrier rates, and selected shipping speed. Any free-shipping offer (if available) will be shown at checkout.

TRACKING

Order Tracking

You’ll receive tracking details after your order ships.

Tracking Updates

Once shipped, we’ll email a tracking link (when available). Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after the shipping label is created.

ADDRESS

Address Changes

Please double-check your address at checkout.

Before Shipment

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped, we’ll do our best to update it.

After Shipment

If the order has already shipped, address changes may not be possible. Carriers may charge fees for reroutes.

PRE-ORDER

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items ship around the estimated ship date shown on the product page.

Estimated Ship Dates

For pre-orders, payment is captured at checkout and your order ships on or around the estimated ship date displayed. Ship dates may change due to manufacturing or logistics.

TIP
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship together unless separate shipping is offered.
INTERNATIONAL

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import fees.

Customs Fees

International shipments may incur duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise, these fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices.

NOTE
Customs processing can cause delays beyond estimated delivery times. We do not control customs clearance timelines.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If something goes wrong, we’ll help you next.

Marked Delivered, Not Received

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate the package, please:

Check your mailbox, front desk, neighbors, and safe drop locations.
Contact the carrier for delivery details (GPS scan / proof of delivery).
Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Arrived Damaged

Contact us within 48 hours and include:

Your order number
Photos of the outer packaging
Photos of the product damage
RESOLUTION
If a carrier claim is approved (lost in transit), we may offer a replacement or refund depending on inventory and circumstances.
